Finding the semi-engaged position makes starting very easy. Simply lifting the clutch to the semi-engaged position allows the car to start on flat ground, even without applying throttle. First, lightly apply throttle, then lift the clutch. Gently press the accelerator to maintain the engine speed between 800 and 1000 RPM, then slowly lift the clutch to start.
