Left lane minimum speed is 110 kilometers per hour, right lane minimum speed is 60 kilometers per hour. According to Article 78 of the "Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China": 1. Highways shall indicate lane speed limits, with maximum speed not exceeding 120 km/h and minimum speed not below 60 km/h. 2. On highways, passenger vehicles shall not exceed 120 km/h, other motor vehicles shall not exceed 100 km/h, and motorcycles shall not exceed 80 km/h.
