Here are the requirements for vehicle replacement: 1. Vehicle: Not all vehicles are eligible for replacement. To process a replacement, ensure the vehicle has complete documentation, is not stolen or smuggled; meets annual inspection standards, has not reached the scrapping mileage, and meets exhaust emission requirements, allowing it to be driven normally on the road; the vehicle must have no traffic violations, modifications, or other issues; and there should be no disputes over the vehicle's property rights, such as mortgages. 2. Used vehicle replacement options: Besides replacing an old vehicle with a new one, it's also possible to exchange an old vehicle for another used one. Within the same brand, an old vehicle can be replaced with a new one, or multiple brands of old vehicles can be replaced with a new vehicle of a specific brand. Additionally, exchanging used vehicles of different brands is also an option. 3. Subsidies for used vehicle replacement: Vehicles that meet the government's subsidy scope and standards can apply for subsidies upon replacement. The vehicle must be an old motor vehicle over 6 years old and hold a valid local environmental protection label to qualify for national policy subsidies during replacement. Vehicles that do not meet the subsidy requirements are not eligible for government subsidies.
