Requirements for upgrading from C1 to A3: 1. Age: Must be at least 21 years old. 2. Height: Must be at least 155 cm tall. 3. Vision: Naked or corrected vision must be 5.0 or above. 4. Demerit record: Must not have accumulated 12 demerit points in any of the last three scoring cycles prior to application. 5. Special requirements: Normal hearing, no red-green color blindness, sound limbs and body with free movement, etc. Generally, non-special populations do not have defects in these aspects. However, if the following situations occur while holding a C1 driver's license, you cannot apply for an A3 upgrade.
