What are the requirements for driving a kart?

Karting has no age restrictions. As long as you can sit in the single-seater kart seat, your feet can fully reach the throttle and brake pedals, and your hands have enough strength to steer the wheel, you can drive. Below are some important notes about karting: 1. Seating requirements: After putting on the gear, enter the kart from the left side—left foot first into the left side of the body, followed by the right foot stepping into the right side. Lean your body forward while holding the upper part of the steering wheel to maintain balance. Don’t worry about your weight deforming the kart frame, as it is made of sturdy steel tubing. 2. Driving instructions: Once seated, extend your legs slightly with a natural bend, placing your feet on the pedals. The left pedal is the brake, and the right one is the throttle. Since karts are very low, enter the vehicle slowly to avoid injuring your back. After sitting down, the track staff will help fasten your seatbelt. If it feels too loose, you can ask them to tighten it.
