What are the requirements for converting a non-commercial vehicle to a commercial vehicle?

Non-commercial vehicles can be converted to commercial use, but depending on whether they are engaged in passenger or freight transportation, they must meet the following conditions respectively: 1. Refer to Article 8 of the "Regulations on Road Transport of the People's Republic of China": the vehicle must be suitable for the intended business and pass inspection; the driver must meet the conditions specified in Article 9 of these Regulations; and there must be a sound safety production management system. 2. Refer to Article 9 of the "Regulations on Road Transport of the People's Republic of China": the driver must hold a corresponding motor vehicle driving license; be no older than 60 years of age; and have no record of major or above traffic responsibility accidents within the past 3 years.
