To apply for a B2 driver's license, the following conditions must be met: 1. Age: Applicants must be between 20 and 60 years old. 2. Height: Applicants must be at least 155cm tall. 3. Vision: Applicants must have a naked or corrected visual acuity of at least 5.0 on the logarithmic visual acuity chart. 4. Color vision: Applicants must not have red-green color blindness. 5. Hearing: Applicants must be able to distinguish the direction of sound sources with each ear at a distance of 50cm from a tuning fork. 6. Upper limbs: Both thumbs must be intact, and each hand must have at least three other fingers intact, with normal limb and finger movement function. 7. Lower limbs: Both lower limbs must be intact with normal movement function, and the length difference must not exceed 5cm. 8. Torso and neck: There must be no movement dysfunction. 9. No diseases: Applicants with organic heart disease, epilepsy, Meniere's disease, vertigo, hysteria, paralysis agitans, mental illness, dementia, or other neurological diseases that affect limb movement and hinder safe driving are not eligible to apply.
