Vehicle temporary license plate usage regulations are: 1. It should be affixed to the lower left or right corner of the front windshield, in a position that does not obstruct the driver's view; 2. If there are two temporary license plates, one should be affixed to the front windshield, and the other should be affixed to the lower left corner of the rear windshield inside the vehicle. If there is no space on the rear windshield, the other temporary license plate should still be carried in the vehicle. Temporary license plates are paper motor vehicle license plates that allow temporary road use of the vehicle, issued by the public security vehicle management department before the vehicle is officially registered. The temporary license plate will indicate its validity period, which can be 15, 30, or 90 days. Temporary license plates must be used within the validity period. If the official license plate has not been obtained after the expiration of the temporary license, a new application must be submitted, but the number of applications cannot exceed three times.
