What are the reasons why the Shidai Jin Gang 726 steering wheel cannot turn when stationary?

The main reasons why the car cannot turn the steering wheel when stationary are failures in components such as the steering gear, steering column, and power steering pump. Aging of the steering tie rod: If the ball joint of the steering tie rod ages, it can cause excessive play in the tie rod, leading to steering wheel failure. The steering tie rod ball joint needs to be replaced, but remember to perform a wheel alignment after replacement. Steering gear failure: If there are unusual noises when turning the steering wheel and the steering feel is noticeably uneven, it may be due to excessive wear of the steering gear's mating gears, causing excessive clearance. Replacing the steering gear can resolve this issue. Aging of the power steering belt: Improper tension or aging of the power steering belt. For mechanically hydraulically assisted steering wheels, if the drive belt tension is improper or the belt is aged, adjusting or replacing the belt can fix the problem.
