It is also recommended to restore the dash cam to its initial settings. 3. The loop recording function is not enabled. The loop recording function divides videos into segments of a certain duration and stores them on the memory card. Once the memory card is full, the oldest video segments are automatically deleted. If this function is turned off, videos will not be automatically deleted and will continue to fill up the storage space, which can also cause the dash cam to stop recording. It is recommended to enable loop recording and set the duration to 3 or 5 minutes.
