Poor contact at the electromagnetic coil terminals: In some horns, the enameled wire terminals of the internal electromagnetic coil are connected with aluminum metal rivets through crimping, rather than being firmly soldered. If the insulation paint on the ends of the enameled wires is not properly removed or the rivet crimping is not secure, it can easily lead to a poor connection fault, resulting in the horn not working properly.
