What Are the Reasons for Reduced Car Power?
1 Answers
There are four main reasons why a car's power may not be as good as before: 1. Excessive carbon buildup in the engine, leading to insufficient air intake and affecting the car's power; 2. Reduced spark plug efficiency, incorrect spark plug gap, damaged distributor rotor, weak high-voltage spark, or internal faults in the electronic ignition system and pulse signal generator; 3. Blocked intake system, poor valve sealing, weakened or shortened valve springs; 4. Issues in the fuel supply system, such as dirt or moisture in the fuel lines, improper adjustment of the carburetor float, or defects and improper adjustment of the emission control system.
