What are the reasons for Iveco's lack of acceleration power?

Iveco vehicles may experience a lack of acceleration power due to the following reasons: carbon deposits in the engine, air entering the high-pressure fuel pump, or a damaged fuel pump. The solutions are as follows: Carbon deposits in the engine: After carbon deposits form, they can cause the vehicle to lack acceleration power and have low idle speed. In this case, simply cleaning the throttle body can resolve the issue. Air entering the high-pressure fuel pump: The high-pressure fuel pump is connected to the fuel injector. If the fuel tank has too little fuel, the high-pressure fuel pump may draw in air along with the gasoline from the tank, resulting in insufficient fuel being injected into the cylinders and preventing the vehicle from starting. To fix this, loosen the connecting nut between the fuel pump and the fuel injector to release the air. Damaged fuel pump: You can apply soap to the damaged part, separate the damaged pump diaphragm from the intact one, offset the damaged section, and reinstall it. If the crack is relatively long, cut a piece of film or tarpaulin into the shape of a circular diaphragm and place it between the diaphragms. The vehicle should only be driven at low speeds in this condition, and you should seek professional repair or replacement of the fuel pump as soon as possible.
