What are the reasons for frequent failures in the audio circuit of the new Santana?

The frequent failure in the audio circuit of the new Santana is that the horn does not sound. Fault reasons: There is leakage inside the electric horn, causing excessive current during operation and blowing fuse S16. There is a grounding issue in the electric horn circuit. Handling method: Check the wiring inside the central junction box and the wiring between the junction box and the electric horn. Remove fuse S16, connect one end of a 12V test light to the positive terminal of the battery and the other end to the output terminal of the fuse box. Then, manually move the wiring harness inside the junction box back and forth. If the test light does not illuminate, it indicates there is no grounding fault in the wiring inside the junction box. Inspect the wiring between the junction box and the electric horn starting from the installation position of the electric horn (radiator bracket). Follow the wiring and discover an additional wire connected to the electric horn circuit. Tracing this wire to the right rear of the engine compartment reveals it is connected to a larger electric horn. When pressing the horn button, this larger horn does not sound. Upon careful inspection of the horn's connecting wire, it is found that part of the wire's insulation has peeled off, exposing the copper wire. Moving the wire causes the exposed part to come into contact with the vehicle's metal body, which is the reason for the blowing of fuse S16.
