What are the reasons for a concrete pump suddenly stopping pumping?

There are several reasons why a concrete pump may suddenly stop pumping: Aging of the concrete pump: The aging of the concrete pump, including excessive wear of the S-valve, failure to meet the designed discharge pressure standard, resulting in insufficient accumulator pressure, or insufficient engine power, etc. Incomplete cleaning of the pump pipe: Incomplete cleaning of the pump pipe, with solidified old concrete remaining in the pipe, leading to increased resistance in the pump pipe. Failure to lubricate the pump pipe: When starting a new pour, the pump pipe was not lubricated with water or mortar, causing increased resistance. Issues with the pipeline materials: The pipeline is too long with too many bends. If it is a trailer pump, the discharge height may be too large, causing the concrete pump to stop pumping.
