What are the penalties for motor vehicles driving into non-motorized vehicle lanes?

According to the "Road Traffic Safety Law," when special lanes are designated on roads, only specified vehicles are allowed to travel within these lanes, and other vehicles must not enter them. Motor vehicle drivers who violate the road traffic safety laws and regulations regarding road usage will be subject to warnings or fines. If there are additional provisions in this law, penalties will be imposed accordingly. If other violations are involved or traffic accidents are caused, heavier penalties will be imposed according to the law. Extension: There are three situations where accidentally driving into a non-motorized vehicle lane will not be penalized: 1. The boundary between the non-motorized vehicle lane and the right-turn lane is a dashed line. 2. There are clear signs indicating that borrowing the lane is permitted. 3. On sections where auxiliary lanes are allowed, right turns can be made using the auxiliary lane.
