Driving during the period when the driver's license is temporarily suspended is considered unlicensed driving and will result in a fine and detention for up to 15 days. In cases of serious traffic accidents involving casualties, criminal liability will be pursued according to the law. The following are supplementary provisions on fines in China: 1. Fleeing the scene after causing a traffic accident without constituting a crime; 2. Driving a motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 50% of the prescribed limit; 3. Driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license, or when the license has been revoked or temporarily suspended; 4. Allowing a person without a driver's license or whose license has been revoked or suspended to drive a motor vehicle; 5. Forcing a motor vehicle driver to violate road traffic safety laws, regulations, and safe driving requirements, resulting in a traffic accident that does not constitute a crime.
