Driving a motor vehicle without a license will result in a fine ranging from 200 to 2000 yuan, detention for up to 15 days, and temporary seizure of the motor vehicle. Damaging traffic facilities: Intentionally damaging, moving, or altering traffic facilities, causing harmful consequences that do not constitute a crime; 7.
