The operating steps for dynamic balancing: 1. Inflate the tire to the appropriate pressure, remove the lead weights on the rim, clean out any stones in the tire tread grooves, and clean the rim; 2. Mount the tire with the installation surface facing inward onto the balancing shaft, select the appropriate cone, and secure the tire with the locking device; 3. Turn on the power of the balancing machine, pull out the ruler to measure the distance from the rim to the balancing machine, the width of the rim, and the diameter of the rim, and input the measured data in sequence; 4. Press the start button, the balancing machine begins to rotate the tire, and the measurement starts; 5. The balancing machine automatically stops after measuring the data, rotate the tire to the side where all the position lights of the balancing machine are lit, and hammer in the corresponding weight of lead at the high point of the rim (12 o'clock position) on this side, and do the same on the other side; 6. Repeat the steps from step 4 onwards until the balancing machine displays 0, then the dynamic balancing is complete and the tire can be removed.
