If the owner of the motor vehicle needs to apply for temporary license plates multiple times, the vehicle management office shall not issue temporary license plates more than three times. "China VI" Emission Standards: Light-duty vehicles produced or imported after July 1, 2020, must comply with the "China VI" emission standards (6a and above) when registering.
