Below are the relevant details: According to the "Interim Regulations on Motorcycle Scrapping Standards," motorcycles under the following circumstances should be scrapped: lightweight two-wheeled motorcycles, lightweight three-wheeled motorcycles, two-wheeled motorcycles, and sidecar motorcycles that have accumulated a mileage of 100,000 kilometers; three-wheeled motorcycles that have accumulated a mileage of 80,000 kilometers. Notes: Mileage usage, two-wheeled motorcycles that have accumulated a mileage of 100,000 kilometers must be mandatorily scrapped. Service period, two-wheeled motorcycles must be scrapped after ten years from the date of registration. However, if the mileage is less than 100,000 kilometers and the vehicle is in good condition, the period can be extended by one year. If it still does not meet the scrapping standard after one year, it can be extended again, but the maximum extension period cannot exceed three years.
