New regulations for annual inspection timing: The timing of motor vehicle annual inspections is determined by the date of initial registration of the new vehicle. For example, if the initial registration date on the motor vehicle license is June 2007, the annual inspection should be conducted every June. Vehicle owners can apply for an inspection compliance mark at the vehicle management office up to three months before the expiration of the current inspection validity period.
