Motorcycle inspection regulations for 2021 are as follows: Nationwide inspection for motorcycles: Motorcycles registered within 6 years are exempt from on-site inspection lines and can undergo nationwide inspections. Additionally, motorcycles exempt from inspection within 6 years are also exempt from environmental inspections. For applicants applying for inspection in provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) other than the motorcycle's registration location, the requirement to issue an inter-provincial inspection authorization letter is abolished. For cases where authorization letters were previously issued but inspections have not been conducted, the new regulations will apply, and no further review or storage of authorization letters is required. Motorcycles exempt from inspection within 6 years can apply for inspection labels across different provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities). 6-year exemption from inspection for motorcycles: For vehicles registered after June 1, 2017, the policy of exemption from inspection three times applies. For vehicles registered between June 1, 2015, and May 31, 2017, since they have already been inspected once, the policy of exemption from inspection two times applies. For vehicles registered between June 1, 2014, and May 31, 2015, since they have already been inspected twice, the policy of exemption from inspection one time applies. For vehicles registered before May 31, 2014, the original regulations still apply, requiring annual inspections at inspection institutions.
