For left-side parallel parking, focus on these four most accurate reference points: the lower edge of the rearview mirror, the corner of the parking space, the bottom corner of the garage, and the stopping point. For right-side parallel parking, observe the following three key points: 1. Position of the right rear wheel and the parking space corner line: While reversing, carefully monitor the right-side rearview mirror. When the mirror shows the rear wheel is about to cross the parking space corner line, quickly turn the steering wheel fully to the right. 2. Distance between the rear wheel and the right parking space corner: Observe the gap between them. If it's precisely 30cm, continue reversing without adjusting the steering. If less than 30cm, correct by turning the steering wheel back half a turn to maintain approximately 30cm. 3. Parallel alignment between the car body and the parking space boundary line: Watch the rearview mirror closely. When the car body aligns parallel with the boundary line, swiftly straighten the steering wheel. If uneven, make minor adjustments following the 'steer toward the wider side' principle.
