Multi-function steering wheel buttons on the left side include cruise control, voice control, and phone function buttons. How to cancel cruise control: Press CNL to cancel cruise control, 0/1 to turn off cruise control, and then press RES to resume cruise control. Setting button: The cruise control function does not activate immediately after turning on the switch. The SET key is the setting button, press it to adjust the desired speed. I've been driving a Volkswagen Lavida for several years, and the multifunction steering wheel buttons are indeed practical. This allows me to listen to music or take calls without reaching for the center console, reducing distractions. The buttons on the right side are for cruise control and driving information switching, including setting speed, canceling cruise, and a button to scroll through the instrument cluster menu to check fuel consumption or mileage. It's convenient and safe for adjusting speed on highways. The top button sometimes serves as a voice recognition key, allowing me to navigate or switch songs just by speaking, with quick response. The Lavida's design is thoughtful, with a reasonable button layout, clear tactile feedback to avoid misoperation, and backlighting visible at night, making the driving experience much smoother. Personally, I find these features make daily driving much easier, especially in traffic jams, where everything can be handled without taking hands off the wheel.
