The Changan CS35 Plus key features remote start, cancel remote start, and wired remote control functions. Remote Start: When all doors are closed and locked, and the anti-theft indicator light on the dashboard starts flashing, press and hold the remote start button for more than 0.2 seconds to start the engine and achieve remote start. Cancel Remote Start: During the remote start process or after a successful start, press the "Remote Start" button on the key again to cancel remote start. At the same time, you will hear a horn beep, and the power gear will switch to the OFF position. EPB is in the released state, or the handbrake is in the lowered state, or the remote start mode switches to the normal start mode. Wired Remote Control Function: You can remotely unlock or lock all doors, unlock the doors, and operate the windows within a distance of approximately 10 meters from the vehicle. The remote control will not work if the vehicle power is not in the OFF position, exceeds the remote control distance limit, or the remote control battery is low.

I've been using the Changan CS35 Plus for over a year, and its key functions are really convenient. It features keyless entry that automatically unlocks the doors when approached and locks when leaving; a one-button start to ignite the engine; a trunk release button on the remote to open the trunk with a press; a car finder function that makes the lights flash and horn beep with a double press, making it easy to locate in parking lots; and a built-in mechanical part for manual door opening when the battery is dead. Daily use requires care to avoid dropping and damaging the key. The battery is a CR2032 model, needing replacement approximately every two years to prevent function failure. Related maintenance advice: Regularly check button responsiveness and keep it dry to extend its lifespan. This design is very thoughtful for family car use.

What does it mean when the car engine yellow light is on?

The reasons for the car engine yellow light being on: 1. Sensor issues: including water temperature, crankshaft position, air flow, intake temperature, oxygen sensors, etc. When these sensors are damaged, have poor contact, or signal interruption, the car's ECU cannot accurately obtain engine data, which will trigger the engine fault light. 2. Maintenance issues: Poor engine maintenance is a cause of the engine fault yellow light. 3. Fuel and oil quality issues: The fuel added to cars usually has a specific grade, and engine oil can be semi-synthetic or fully synthetic. Manufacturers generally recommend which grade of fuel and type of oil to use. Failure to follow these recommendations over time can cause engine wear, triggering the fault light. 4. Poor combustion of the air-fuel mixture: Issues such as faulty spark plugs, ignition coils, fuel pump, or clogged fuel lines can all cause poor combustion of the engine's air-fuel mixture.

What Causes the Trunk Door Latch to Make Noise?

The reason for the trunk door latch making noise: It may be due to cold weather causing the rubber seal to stick together. Other reasons: Frequently using the key to open the trunk can cause the linkage rod to disconnect, requiring a visit to the repair shop. If the trunk is always opened with the remote, the lock cylinder may be dirty or rusty. Spraying rust remover into the lock cylinder a few times can help open it. Mechanical component failure: The trunk wiring may be broken, or other trunk-related issues may prevent the car trunk from opening. It is recommended to visit a 4S shop for repair or replacement. Additionally, if the trunk wiring is broken or other trunk issues prevent the trunk from opening, the problem may be with the linkage rod or lock cylinder.

What are the reasons for the conflict between CarPlay and the radio?

Here are the reasons and solutions for the conflict between CarPlay and the radio: Direct interruption of music: This situation can be resolved by selecting other mixing modes in the navigation settings. When using Gaode Map, you can choose the auxiliary function in the navigation settings within the settings, and set the mixing mode to "lower the music" to avoid directly interrupting the music sound. During navigation voice broadcasts, the music sound will be lowered. Navigation voice lowering the sound: To solve this situation, you need to turn off the navigation sound and not use voice navigation. Most navigation software can only set three modes: mute, lower the music, and pause the music, so there is no situation where the music sound and navigation sound play at the same volume.

Where is the Trunk Keyhole Located?

The trunk keyhole is generally located near the rear license plate frame. Remote Key Slot: This slot is often hidden in a certain part of the vehicle interior. For example, some car models may have it designed inside the center console, while others might place it under the cup holder mat. When the remote key runs out of battery, you can insert the remote key into this slot. After a short wait, the vehicle will detect the presence of the key, allowing you to start the car. Hidden Mechanical Keyhole: Some push-to-start models actually have a hidden mechanical keyhole designed for use with a metal key. Once you locate this keyhole, you can insert the key blade from the remote key and start the car as you would with a conventional vehicle. Typically, the hidden mechanical keyhole is located behind the push-to-start button, and you may need to pry off the plastic button to access it.

What does it mean when the coolant light comes on?

Possible causes include insufficient coolant, a faulty cooling fan, or issues with the circulation water pump. Below is relevant information: 1. Insufficient Coolant: Coolant leakage can cause its temperature to rise. In this case, check for any signs of coolant leakage. If found, promptly repair the leaking pipes or other components. If no leakage is detected, replenish with the same brand of coolant. Adding water is not recommended, especially in winter, as it can dilute the coolant even if it doesn't cause immediate malfunctions. 2. Faulty Cooling Fan: When the vehicle operates at high speeds, heat may not be effectively transferred to the antifreeze, impairing cooling. This can lead to increased antifreeze temperature, potentially causing boiling-over issues. If this occurs while driving, first reduce your speed. Then, check whether the fan is malfunctioning and repair it promptly if necessary.
