Introduction to the function keys of the Bora car is as follows: Electronic Stability Program (ESP): Effectively prevents loss of control such as skidding or fishtailing. It is generally not recommended for drivers to manually turn it off. Hazard Warning Lights (commonly known as hazard lights): Used in special situations such as car breakdown or temporary parking, mainly to warn other vehicles. Parking Radar/Image: The central control screen displays the reversing image, and the radar will sound an alarm when detecting obstacles nearby. Driving Assistance System: Includes functions such as pre-collision protection, distance warning, and fatigue reminder. Auto Hold: When waiting at a red light, it relieves foot fatigue by automatically locking the wheels with the brake calipers. Pressing the accelerator again will allow the car to continue moving forward. Auto Start-Stop: During brief stops, the engine will shut off. When the driver's foot leaves the brake pedal, the vehicle will restart.

When I first got my Bora, I spent some time exploring its buttons. On the left side of the steering wheel is the cruise control lever, which is especially handy for highway driving. On the right side are multimedia buttons for switching tracks and adjusting volume, easily within reach. The air conditioning controls are centrally located on the dashboard, featuring three large knobs for straightforward operation—left for temperature and right for fan speed. Near the gear lever, there are buttons for the electronic parking brake and auto hold, making stoplights a breeze. The row of buttons on the door handle controls the four windows and mirror adjustments, with the mirror defrost feature being super convenient in winter. The light control lever is located behind and to the left of the steering wheel—just a twist to turn on the fog lights. It took a few tries to remember everything, but it all becomes second nature with use.

Driving the Bora these days, I've found that only a few buttons are frequently used. The round button on the right side of the steering wheel directly switches songs and makes calls, which is safer than touching the screen. The middle knob of the air conditioner controls the air outlet mode, allowing you to adjust between face and foot vents. The auto-hold button in front of the gear shift is the most useful—no need to keep pressing the brake in city traffic. Turn the rearview mirror knob to the heating icon to prevent fogging on rainy days for clear visibility. Remember the location of the hood release switch below the left side of the steering wheel; it's handy for checking the oil level. The fuel tank cap switch is on the floor to the left of the seat—don't forget to press it when refueling. The hazard light button is right above the air conditioning panel, easy to find in emergencies. These button designs are very thoughtful.

New drivers of the Bora should first familiarize themselves with several core buttons. The most practical ones are the buttons on the right side of the multifunction steering wheel—the volume keys can mute incoming calls. Be careful not to press the wrong buttons in the central air control panel; the snowflake button is the one for cooling. The windshield wiper control lever is on the right side of the steering wheel; lifting it up will spray washer fluid to clean the front windshield. The auto start-stop button near the gearshift is recommended to be turned off in the city to avoid frequent start-up vibrations. The headlight height adjustment knob is located at the lower left of the instrument panel; adjust the light angle when carrying heavy loads for safety. The mirror adjustment knob on the door panel can be turned to the lower right for the folding function, essential for passing through narrow roads. The fuel tank cap switch is near the driver's left foot, easily recognizable by the fuel pump icon.

The operation of the Bora's air conditioning buttons is quite user-friendly. The three round knobs in the center control the main functions, with the left knob displaying temperature numbers that turn red or blue when adjusted. Pressing the recirculation button switches to external ventilation after three minutes. When the electronic parking brake near the gear lever is engaged, there's a noticeable motor sound, and a red light on the dashboard will illuminate. Press the button at the end of the wiper stalk to check if the windshield washer spray is functioning properly, and top up the washer fluid if it's low. The rear window defroster button is located in the square on the right side of the air conditioning panel, providing immediate defogging effects. The window buttons feature one-touch up and down functionality, with distinct tactile feedback between a light press and a firm press. These thoughtful design details make daily use very convenient.
