The fire separation distance between garages, repair shops, parking lots, and Class A material warehouses should not be less than the provisions in Table 4.2.4. Below is a partial introduction to the fire protection design standards: 1. Introduction: The national standard "Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings" GB-50016-2014, jointly compiled by the Tianjin Fire Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security and the Sichuan Fire Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security along with relevant units, has been implemented since May 1, 2015. The previous "Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings" GB-50016-2006 and "Code for Fire Protection Design of Tall Civil Buildings" GB-50045-95 are simultaneously abolished. 2. Partial content: Basic requirements for evacuation distance, evacuation width, setting form of evacuation stairs, emergency lighting and evacuation signs, as well as the setup of safety exits and evacuation doors for industrial and civil buildings.
