What are the driving areas for Beijing motorcycles with Jing B license plates?

Beijing motorcycles with Jing B license plates are not allowed to enter roads within the Fourth Ring Road. Below are the relevant details: 1. Fourth Ring Road auxiliary roads: The auxiliary roads of the Fourth Ring Road (both inner and outer ring directions) are not within the restricted area, meaning motorcycles can drive on these auxiliary roads. Note that during the APEC conference from November 3 to November 12, 2014, motorcycles with Jing B license plates were prohibited from driving within the Fifth Ring Road (including the Fifth Ring Road) and the main urban area of Huairou. 2. Non-local license plate motorcycles: These are prohibited from driving within the Sixth Ring Road at all times. However, the main roads of the Sixth Ring Road (both inner and outer ring directions) are not within the restricted area, meaning motorcycles can drive on these main roads. This regulation was newly implemented in Beijing on April 11, 2014.
I usually ride my Jing B motorcycle to work, but this license plate only allows me to ride outside the Fourth Ring Road. I can't enter the Fourth Ring Road at all. Last time, I accidentally rode to the Xueyuan Road area and was immediately stopped by the traffic police, fined 100 yuan, and had points deducted. Now I've learned my lesson and always use navigation to avoid restricted areas. Places like Chang'an Avenue and the Second Ring Road main road are completely off-limits to motorcycles all day, and even the Fourth Ring Road auxiliary roads are no-go. That said, the Jing B plate is very convenient outside the Fifth Ring Road, making weekend trips to Tanzhe Temple or Huairou Reservoir easy. If I need to go downtown for errands, I just switch to public transport to be safe.
