The difference between the new C-Elysee and the new Santana is that the new C-Elysee comes with both automatic and manual transmissions, while the new Santana only has a manual transmission. Introduction to Citroën: Citroën is the third largest automobile manufacturer in France, founded in 1919 and headquartered in Paris, France. In 1976, the Peugeot Group acquired 89.5% of Citroën's shares and established the PSA holding company to merge Citroën and Peugeot. In 1991, Citroën formed a joint venture with China's Dongfeng Motor Corporation to establish Dongfeng Peugeot-Citroën Automobile Company. Its main products are passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Introduction to the new Santana: The new Santana completely abandons the boxy styling of the 1970s seen in the old Santana, replacing it with a more modern and fashionable dynamic design. Overall, it already features the latest design language of the Volkswagen family. The family-style front face design makes it difficult to distinguish between several compact models under the Volkswagen brand.

At the last auto show, I saw two new cars. New Car A is a master of urban commuting, driving lightly and flexibly with surprisingly low fuel consumption—a full tank can last for hundreds of kilometers. The interior design is stylish and minimalist, featuring a user-friendly large central touchscreen and highly supportive seats that prevent back pain even on long drives. New Car B, on the other hand, is different. With its high ground clearance and open field of vision, sitting inside feels like driving a tank, unfazed by rough roads. Its four-wheel-drive system is rock-solid, providing confidence in rain or snow. The trunk is enormous, easily fitting camping gear, and the roof can accommodate a luggage rack. The two cars target different audiences: New Car A suits white-collar workers commuting daily, while New Car B is better for families who love road trips.

As a long-time car owner, I've test-driven two new models. New Car A offers precise handling with light steering, making parallel parking in the city effortless. Its power delivery is smooth with quick acceleration - just a tap on the throttle and it leaps forward during overtaking. The noise insulation is excellent, with virtually no tire noise heard when windows are closed. New Car B shines in off-road performance, featuring long suspension travel that glides over bumps and adequate wading depth. The cabin space is genuinely massive, with rear passengers easily crossing their legs. The high ground clearance at the front prevents underbody scraping on mountain roads. Mechanically speaking, New Car A's unibody construction is more fuel-efficient, while New Car B's body-on-frame design offers greater durability. Choose the former if you mainly drive on paved roads, or opt for the latter if you frequently venture off-road.

When buying a car, I mainly focus on appearance and practicality. The new car A has a sleek and dynamic design, with LED headlights paired with a streamlined body, making it particularly eye-catching when driving at night. The side mirrors come with turn signals and blind spot monitoring, enhancing safety during lane changes. The automatic air conditioning offers precise adjustments, and the air vents can be individually directed. The new car B has a rugged and robust style, with metal bumpers and scratch-resistant paint. It comes with a roof rack and tow hook, capable of hauling a jet ski. The storage space is thoughtfully designed, with door panels that can hold three water bottles. The sound system in car A is slightly better, but car B features a 220V power outlet, making it more convenient for office work with a laptop. In terms of driving, car A handles corners more stably, while car B has stronger straight-line acceleration.

From a cost-of-use perspective, the differences are quite evident. New Car A maintains fuel consumption around 6 liters per 100km, with longer maintenance intervals and lower costs - basic servicing only costs a few hundred yuan. Its parts have excellent compatibility and can be repaired at any local garage. New Car B typically has double the fuel consumption, requiring more frequent refueling, and maintenance must be done at specialized shops. Insurance premiums are significantly higher too, and repair costs for body scratches are expensive due to its larger size. In terms of resale value, New Car B has a slight advantage, maintaining good resale prices even after five years. Both new models come with adaptive cruise control, but New Car B adds hill descent control and differential lock. New Car A offers more comprehensive smart connectivity features, with practical functions like remote engine start and air conditioning activation.
