The differences between the Beidou Star 1.0 and 1.4 are as follows: 1. Engine: The Beidou Star 1.4 engine uses the original Suzuki 4-valve, accelerating from 0 to 100 kilometers in just 11 seconds; the 1.0 is produced by the domestic Dong'an Engine Factory with outdated technology. 2. Fuel consumption: The 1.4's fuel consumption is much lower than that of the Beidou Star 1.0. 3. Price: The 1.0 is relatively cheaper than the 1.4. Below is relevant information about the Beidou Star: 1. The Suzuki Beidou Star features Japan's latest world-strategy small engine—the K14B engine. This engine uses all-aluminum components, 4-cylinder 16-valve DOHC technology, and a thin-walled cylinder block design, making it lightweight, compact, and offering high power and low fuel consumption. At a constant speed of 50 kilometers, the fuel consumption is only 4 liters per 100 kilometers. 2. Due to the same-color bumper design, the Beidou Star looks more spirited. Because of its height, the high-mounted brake light on the rear door is very noticeable during driving, and the tailgate handle is designed with great ergonomics, making it very convenient to open and close the door.

I usually enjoy driving around the city for leisure. The biggest difference between the Beidou Star 1.0 and 1.4 is the power sensation brought by their engine displacements. The 1.0 model uses a small-displacement engine with lower horsepower, around 68 HP. It's perfectly fine for leisurely driving in the city and is super fuel-efficient, consuming just over 6 liters per 100 kilometers, making it particularly suitable for daily commuters like me who often face traffic jams—costs are extremely low. However, the 1.4 model is different. With a slightly larger displacement and horsepower increased to around 95 HP, it accelerates noticeably faster, especially when overtaking or climbing hills, feeling significantly more powerful. But it also consumes a bit more fuel, roughly 7 to 8 liters per 100 kilometers, and performs better on highways. In other aspects, both cars have similar space since they are both microcars. The 1.4 might come with slightly more features, like better air conditioning, but overall, there's not much difference in body and chassis. Personally, I think if commuting is your main use, the 1.0 is the more economical choice, while if you frequently take long trips, the 1.4 offers a more enjoyable drive.

I have a limited budget for car maintenance, so I pay close attention to the economic differences between the Beidou Star 1.0 and 1.4. The 1.0 has a smaller displacement, a simpler engine, and lower fuel consumption, averaging six liters per 100 kilometers. A full tank costs only 200 yuan and can last for 500-600 kilometers, making it a great little helper for someone like me who is tight on money. Insurance and maintenance costs are also cheaper—an oil change only costs 200-300 yuan. The 1.4 has a slightly larger displacement and stronger power, but fuel consumption rises to over seven liters per 100 kilometers, adding tens of yuan more in monthly fuel costs. Insurance is also higher, and repairs might be more expensive due to the larger horsepower, with parts being slightly pricier. Additionally, in the used car market, the 1.0 is in high demand and holds its value well, making it easier to sell, while the 1.4 performs better on long drives and is less tiring. I think if money is tight, the 1.0 is sufficient; if you want stronger performance, the 1.4 is an option, but whether the extra cost is worth it depends on personal preference. Ultimately, it's a matter of balancing daily expenses.

What to Do When Car Air Conditioning Buttons Don't Respond?

If the pressure is too low, it indicates a lack of refrigerant, which needs to be replenished. Insufficient refrigerant will affect the cooling performance of the air conditioning system. Check whether the blower of the air conditioning system is operating normally. If the blower malfunctions, it may result in no cold air coming out of the vents.
