The main difference between the 2021 and 2020 Volkswagen T-Roc models lies in the size of the central control screen: The 2021 Volkswagen T-Roc features an 8-inch central control screen, while the 2020 model comes with a 6.5-inch screen. Here are the details about the 2021 Volkswagen T-Roc: 1. Tires: The 2021 Volkswagen T-Roc uses tires with the specification 215/55R17. 2. Suspension: The front suspension employs a MacPherson strut independent suspension, and the rear suspension uses a multi-link independent suspension. 3. Dimensions: The 2021 Volkswagen T-Roc measures 4318mm in length, 1819mm in width, and 1582mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2680mm. It is equipped with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.

I previously researched the differences between these two models, and the biggest change is the upgraded tech features in the 2021 version. The 2020 model only had a 6.5-inch central control screen, while the 2021 version comes with a 9.2-inch LCD screen, offering much faster touch response. The infotainment system has also been updated to the latest CNS3.0, supporting wireless CarPlay, so you can navigate without plugging in a cable while driving. In terms of safety features, the 2021 version adds front seat head airbags, providing more comprehensive protection in emergencies. However, the powertrain remains unchanged, still using the same 1.5L naturally aspirated engine paired with a 6AT transmission, with fuel consumption around 6L/100km. The exterior only has minor adjustments to the front bumper design, which are hardly noticeable to the average person. If your budget allows, I think the 2021 version is more worthwhile, especially since modern people can't seem to put their phones down even in the car.

Reasons for the Persistent Tire Pressure Warning Light in the 2020 Honda XR-V

The persistent tire pressure warning light in the 2020 Honda XR-V indicates an abnormality in the tires. The method to reset the tire pressure light for the 2020 XR-V is as follows: first, restore the tire pressure to normal levels before resetting, start the vehicle, and then press and hold the tire pressure SET button on the center console until the tire pressure data refreshes. Tire pressure monitoring light: The tire pressure monitoring indicator is a yellow symbol, an irregular circle with no seal on top and four small spikes at the bottom, containing an exclamation mark inside. The illumination of the tire pressure monitoring light indicates abnormal tire pressure. Abnormal tire pressure generally has the following three causes: Abnormal tire pressure: Typically, an alarm is triggered when the pressure is below 1.8 bar or above 3.0 bar. In this case, tire inspection and pressure adjustment are required. Tire pressure monitoring not reset: After inflating the tires, if the tire pressure is not reset promptly, the tire pressure monitoring system will still record the previous data, causing the tire pressure monitoring light to illuminate. Simply performing a tire pressure reset will resolve this issue. Damaged tire pressure sensor: The tire pressure sensor, which monitors tire pressure, is directly installed inside the tire and connected to the tire inflation valve. If the sensor is damaged due to impact while driving, it can also cause the tire pressure warning light to turn on. For sensor damage issues, the only solution is to replace it with a new component.

What Are the Common Problems with Cars?

Common problems with cars include: 1. Engine failure to start; 2. Punctured or burst tires; 3. Brake failure; 4. Abnormal noises from the body or engine. Solutions to these common car problems are: 1. Use jumper cables or an emergency power source to charge the battery; 2. Inspect and repair the electrical circuits and fuel lines; 3. Regularly check tire pressure and wear; 4. Maintain the brake system; 5. Periodically inspect the wear level of brake discs and pads; 6. Avoid prolonged braking and use lower gears when going downhill to prevent overheating of brake pads; 7. Inspect and repair the generator, water pump, and power steering pump.

Why Is There Water Under the Car Seat?

Here are the reasons for water under the car seat: 1. Not closing the windows tightly on rainy days: After getting out of the car, failing to ensure that the windows are tightly closed may allow rainwater to seep into various parts of the car through the gaps. Over time, water may drip under the driver's compartment. 2. Issues with drainage outlets: After ruling out human factors, if water still drips under the driver's compartment, the car's drainage outlets should be checked. There are four drainage outlets in a car—the front two are for sunroof drainage, and the rear two are for draining water flowing on the car.

How to Adjust the Ignition Timing Advance Angle?

Adjusting the ignition timing advance angle involves the following steps: 1. Rotate the distributor housing; turning it counterclockwise increases the ignition timing advance angle. 2. Turning it clockwise decreases the ignition timing advance angle. To verify if the ignition timing advance angle is properly set, start the engine and repeatedly press the accelerator pedal. If the engine responds powerfully without abnormal knocking sounds, it indicates that the ignition timing advance angle is correctly adjusted. The ignition timing advance angle refers to the crankshaft rotation angle from the moment of ignition until the piston reaches the top dead center of the compression stroke. Its purpose is to effectively utilize the energy generated by the combustible air-fuel mixture, thereby enhancing the engine's output power.

What is the normal pressure for a vehicle's air conditioning system?

Vehicle air conditioning normal pressure ranges between 1.0 to 2.5 bar for low pressure and 15 to 18 bar for high pressure. Solutions for low air conditioning pressure include: 1. Refill the air conditioning refrigerant according to the manufacturer's standards; 2. Inspect and repair any leaks in the air conditioning system, replacing any faulty components. Solutions for high air conditioning pressure include: 1. Clean the air vents and remove dust and dirt from the cabin; 2. Regularly check the refrigerant level in the air conditioning system to ensure it is normal; 3. Inspect the compressor belt for proper condition; 4. Verify that the amount of refrigerant is sufficient.
