Emgrand S and Emgrand GS are both SUV models under Geely Automobile. The main differences between Emgrand S and Emgrand GS are: 1. Price comparison: Emgrand S is slightly more expensive than Emgrand GS. 2. Different body lengths: The length, width, and height of Emgrand GS are 4440mm, 1833mm, 1573mm, with a wheelbase of 2700mm; while Emgrand S measures 4430mm, 1833mm, 1573mm, with the same wheelbase of 2700mm. The following is a related introduction about Emgrand GS: 1. Engine: Emgrand GS has two power configurations, a 1.3T engine and a 1.8L engine, both of which are independently developed by Geely. Currently, the newly developed 1.3T engine in recent years is the main focus. 2. Explanation of the letters in the Emgrand GS name: "G" stands for "Grand", interpreting its larger body size and space, and the letter "S" stands for Sporty.

I also researched these two siblings a while ago. The Emgrand S is essentially the upgraded version of the Emgrand GS, similar to how a phone upgrades from XS to 13. The most noticeable change is the appearance—the Emgrand S's black grille paired with red calipers gives it a much younger vibe. Inside, the dual-screen setup amps up the tech feel, unlike the GS's traditional instrument cluster. The space is about the same; the back seat is a bit tight for three people, but the S's seats are softer. If you're buying now, the Emgrand S is definitely the way to go—it comes standard with a panoramic sunroof and a 540° transparent chassis, making it super user-friendly for beginners when reversing, as you can even see under the wheels. The GS is pretty much in the phase of clearing out old stock now.

Where is the negative terminal of the BMW 3 Series?

The negative terminal of the BMW 3 Series is located behind the right front headlight and is a metal post. Introduction to negative grounding: Negative grounding refers to all power sources and electrical equipment in the car, where the negative terminal is directly connected to the car body. The car body serves as the common circuit for the electrical system. After switching to negative grounding, the electrochemical corrosion in the car's electrical system is significantly reduced. Principle of negative grounding: The car body is connected to the negative terminal of the battery. The battery in the car is mainly a lead-acid battery, with lead dioxide on the positive plate and pure lead on the negative plate, and the electrolyte is dilute sulfuric acid. After negative grounding, the negative plate of the battery has free lead ions and electrons, with a potential of -0.1V, and the electrons on the negative plate are in an excess state. In this case, the negative terminal of the battery can provide electrons to the car body steel plate at any time, making the steel plate less likely to lose electrons and less prone to oxidation.

What are the reasons for the failure of BMW engine's fuel-saving start-stop function?

BMW automatic start-stop failure may occur due to the following reasons: the driver accidentally pressing the start-stop button leading to system deactivation; the engine not reaching normal operating temperature; sudden braking of the vehicle; or a malfunction in the start-stop system. Introduction to engine automatic start-stop: During vehicle operation when temporarily stopping (e.g., at a red light), the engine automatically shuts off. When it's time to move forward again, the system automatically restarts the engine. This system is known in English as STOP&START, abbreviated as STT. The STT intelligent fuel-saving system is a set of controls for engine start and stop operations. How engine automatic start-stop works: By integrating an enhanced motor with idle start-stop functionality into a traditional engine, the system allows the engine to completely shut off when idle stop conditions are met. When the vehicle needs to start moving again, the idle start-stop motor system quickly responds to the driver's start command, rapidly restarting the engine for seamless transition, significantly reducing fuel consumption and exhaust emissions.

What does the speed lock of Geely New Vision refer to?

Geely New Vision speed lock refers to the automatic pressing of the lock button when the vehicle speed reaches the computer-set speed, with the purpose of preventing accidental door opening. Basic introduction to speed lock: Also known as speed-sensing automatic locking, it is an electronic device. When the vehicle speed reaches the computer-set speed, the lock button on the door will automatically press down to prevent accidental door opening. The set value is determined by the manufacturer, typically ranging between 10 to 20 km/h. Characteristics of speed lock: The characteristics of speed lock are twofold. The advantages include quick locking after driving, which can prevent door pulling and robbery during traffic jams or at red lights; providing protection for children inside the vehicle; preventing child passengers from opening the door while driving. The disadvantages include that in the event of a collision during driving, passengers may not have time to unlock the doors. If the accident is severe and passengers are unconscious, the locked state of the speed lock may affect the speed of rescue operations.

Which lights stay on after the self-check of Volkswagen Bora?

The lights that stay on after the self-check of Volkswagen Bora are the engine emission fault light and the car voltage fault light. Introduction to car self-check: When the ignition switch is turned to the ON position, the electronic control units in the car will send test signals to the corresponding sensors and actuators to test whether they can work normally and whether the communication between the control units is smooth. All fault lights on the dashboard will light up, and at the same time, the sensors and actuators will feed back their operating information to the electronic control units. This process is the self-check process of the car's electronic control system. Duration of car self-check: To achieve the goal of allowing the driver to understand the vehicle information more clearly and accurately, the fault lights will stay on for 3-6 seconds. Then, the fault-free signal lights will turn off, while the fault signal lights will stay on to remind the driver. If the fault is minor and does not affect safety, the engine will be allowed to start, and the car can still drive normally.

What are the features of the 2020 Audi A6L?

2020 Audi A6L's overall exterior design has become increasingly youthful. The front part of the car still features a classic family hexagonal grille.
