Here are the steps for removing a cylinder head: 1. Turn off the ignition switch, disconnect the battery ground cable, and remove the coolant hose from the connecting pipe on the cylinder head; 2. Remove the upper part of the intake manifold and use a cloth to block the water inlet pipe on the cylinder head; 3. Remove the spark plug connector and loosen the clamp of the high-voltage ignition wire, as well as the protective plate of the fuel injector; 4. Disconnect the connectors of the Hall sensor, coolant temperature sensor, air conditioning thermal switch, and fuel injector; 5. Loosen the wire clamp of the fuel distributor and remove the vacuum hose on the fuel pressure regulator; 6. Remove the fuel supply and return hoses on the fuel distributor, and detach the wiring harness bracket and connecting pipe or coolant pipeline on the cylinder head; 7. Unscrew the central screw at the toothed belt pulley end and remove the upper cover of the toothed belt; 8. Remove the toothed belt from the camshaft timing gear; 9. Remove the cylinder head cover, then loosen and unscrew the cylinder head bolts in sequence to remove the cylinder head.
