If an accident occurs with a vehicle that has not undergone annual inspection on time, the insurance company may refuse to compensate. Documents required for vehicle annual inspection: 1. Fill out the "Motor Vehicle Inspection Record Form". For private vehicles, in addition to the owner's signature, a copy of the owner's ID card must be attached. For company vehicles, a copy of the enterprise code certificate must be attached, and the "Power of Attorney" must be filled out and stamped with the official seal. 2. Paste the vehicle identification code rubbing paper in the corresponding position on the "Motor Vehicle Inspection Record Form". 3. Vehicle license. 4. Compulsory traffic accident liability insurance policy for motor vehicles. 5. Self-repaired vehicles or those repaired by a repair shop must have the inspection form stamped. 6. Motor vehicle safety technical inspection certificate. 7. Light gasoline vehicles must provide an exhaust emission test report that passes the steady-state condition method. 8. For those entrusting local issuance of the inspection pass mark, the "Notice of Entrusted Issuance of Motor Vehicle Inspection Pass Mark" and the receipt must be provided. 9. Any traffic safety violations and accidents must be resolved in advance. 10. Vehicles under court seizure need to undergo regular inspection with the proof and credentials provided by the court. 11. Agents must submit the agent's identity proof and copy, and a written authorization from the vehicle owner.
