According to Article 47, Item 4 of the "Regulations on the Registration of Motor Vehicles", driving a motor vehicle on the road without undergoing regular safety technical inspection as required will result in 3 demerit points, corresponding fines, and possible temporary seizure of the vehicle. For those entrusting local issuance of the inspection pass mark, the "Notice of Entrusted Issuance of Motor Vehicle Inspection Pass Mark" and the receipt must be provided. 9. Any traffic safety violations and accidents must be resolved in advance. 10. Vehicles under court seizure need to undergo regular inspection with the proof and credentials provided by the court. 11. Agents must submit the agent's identity proof and copy, and a written authorization from the vehicle owner.
