Obsolete vehicle models with no available spare parts; vehicles whose fuel consumption exceeds national standards by 15%; vehicles that still fail to meet the national technical operating conditions for motor vehicles after repair and adjustment; 3. Vehicles with unimprovable excessive emissions should all be mandatorily scrapped. The scrapping process is as follows: 1. Bring the required documents to the dismantling plant. 2. Obtain the vehicle scrappage notice. 3. Send the vehicle to a certified dismantling plant. 4. Photograph the dismantling of the five major assemblies. 5. Complete the scrappage registration with the dismantling photos. 6. Apply for subsidies.
