Function of piston rings: To ensure the sealing between the piston and the cylinder wall, preventing high-temperature and high-pressure gas from entering the crankcase. Function of piston pin: To connect the piston with the small end of the connecting rod and transmit the gas force borne by the piston to the connecting rod. Function of connecting rod: To connect the piston and the crankshaft, converting the reciprocating motion of the piston into the rotational motion of the crankshaft, and transmitting the force borne by the piston to the crankshaft.
