Escaping after a traffic accident constitutes a crime: Drunk driving causing a traffic accident that constitutes a crime, drunk driving leading to the revocation of the driving license for less than five years, drunk driving leading to the revocation of the motor vehicle driving license for less than ten years, other reasons leading to the revocation of the motor vehicle driving license for less than two years, driving license being revoked for less than three years, other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations, and obtaining a motor vehicle driving license through fraudulent or bribery means.
