Reasons for steering system failure: 1. Heavy steering: Foreign objects in the steering hydraulic line causing the steering pump flow control valve to stick, loose connections in the power steering system leading to steering fluid leakage; 2. Steering noise: Excessive load operation of the steering system causing excessive wear of the stator and rotor inside the steering pump, resulting in irregular movement of the oil inside the pump and noise; 3. Steering system oil leakage: Damage to the oil seal at the interface between the oil pipe and the steering pump. The steering system mainly consists of the steering tube, steering wheel, steering shaft, and column. The steering system is a control mechanism in a vehicle used to change the direction of travel, and its function is to control the direction of travel according to the driver's intention.
