What are the causes of multi-speed motor with brake failure?

Servo motors generally have a braking function, which refers to quickly braking the motor through the driver based on external commands from the servo system. The brake, usually referring to the electromagnetic mechanical holding brake device at the rear end of the servo motor, is generally installed at the rear end of the motor. During operation, it brakes the motor and locks the motor spindle by acting on the brake pads on the motor's main shaft. Brake disc rust: Apart from deliberately watering the brake disc, sometimes getting caught in the rain is unavoidable. First, if the rust is slight, the brake disc can naturally remove these rust marks during normal braking. Stepping on the brake a few more times usually eliminates the rust. Severe rust treatment methods: However, if the brake disc is severely rusted, the overall surface of the brake disc becomes uneven, affecting the overall braking performance. In this case, the vehicle needs to be sent to a specialized 4S shop or repair shop to have the brake disc completely removed for rust cleaning.
