What Are the Causes of Intermittent Car Stalling?
1 Answers
Car stalling can be caused by a damaged fuel pump or clogged fuel injectors. Use of Low-Quality Fuel: Using low-quality fuel can lead to carbon buildup in the engine, resulting in stalling. Inspect the Fuel System: Issues in the fuel system, such as a damaged fuel pump, obstructed fuel lines, clogged fuel injectors, or abnormal fuel pressure, can also cause the car to stall. Improper Operation: Insufficient driving skills or improper handling by the driver can lead to car stalling. Stalling Solutions: If the car stalls while coasting, first stabilize the steering, apply slight braking, and for manual transmission vehicles, press the clutch, shift into the appropriate gear, then release the clutch to let the vehicle speed restart the engine. For automatic transmission vehicles, shift into neutral and then restart the engine.
