What are the causes of high fuel injection temperature?

Here are the reasons for high fuel injection temperature: Air leakage in the fuel supply system: This fault often occurs after maintenance. Mainly due to unsealed fuel line joints, fuel filter sealing rings, etc., which cause the fuel system to suck in a lot of air, resulting in insufficient fuel supply. At this time, the air leakage points should be checked one by one and resolved. Insufficient fuel supply pressure from the fuel pump: Fuel pump piston leakage and poor sealing of the fuel pump inlet and outlet valves are the main factors affecting fuel supply pressure. This results in insufficient fuel injection, which affects the fuel injection temperature. Insufficient fuel injection volume from the fuel injection pump: In addition to the above factors affecting fuel injection volume, insufficient calibrated fuel injection volume from the fuel injection pump itself is also a main cause of high fuel injection temperature. For example, severe wear of the plunger is also a main reason for the decrease in fuel injection volume. At this time, the pump should be calibrated on the test bench.
