Check the oil level in the oil pan before each shift to ensure sufficient oil volume. Excessive clearance between the crankshaft and bearings: After prolonged engine use, the clearance between the crankshaft and connecting rod bearings gradually increases, preventing the formation of an oil wedge and causing a drop in oil pressure. It has been measured that for every 0.01mm increase in this clearance, the oil pressure drops by 0.01Mpa. The crankshaft can be reground, and connecting rod bearings of corresponding sizes can be selected to restore the clearance to technical standards.
