Car dashboard light indicators: Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) Indicator: This light is commonly found in Volkswagen models. During vehicle self-check, the EPC light will illuminate for a few seconds and then turn off. If a fault occurs, this light will stay on, indicating that immediate inspection and repair are required. Turn Signal Indicator: When the turn signal is activated, the corresponding indicator flashes at a certain frequency. When the hazard warning lights button is pressed, both indicators light up simultaneously. The indicator turns off automatically when the turn signal is deactivated. High Beam Indicator: This indicates whether the headlights are in high beam mode. Normally, this indicator is off. It illuminates when the high beams are activated or when the high beam flash function is used. Seat Belt Indicator: This light shows the status of the seat belt. Depending on the vehicle model, the light may illuminate for a few seconds as a reminder or stay on until the seat belt is fastened. Some vehicles may also include an audible alert.
