What are the benefits of nitrogen?

Nitrogen application in car tires will improve the stability and comfort of tire driving and can prevent tire blowouts. Improving the stability and comfort of tire driving: Nitrogen is an inert diatomic gas with extremely inactive chemical properties. Its gas molecules are larger than oxygen molecules, making it less prone to thermal expansion and contraction, with smaller deformation amplitudes. The rate at which nitrogen permeates through the tire walls is about 30%~40% slower than air. This helps maintain stable tire pressure, improves driving stability, and ensures driving comfort. Preventing tire blowouts: When a car is in motion, the tire temperature rises due to friction with the ground, especially during high-speed driving and emergency braking, when the gas temperature inside the tire increases rapidly, leading to a sudden rise in tire pressure and the possibility of a blowout. High-purity nitrogen, being oxygen-free and almost devoid of water and oil, has a low thermal expansion coefficient and low thermal conductivity, resulting in slower temperature rise. This reduces the speed at which heat accumulates in the tire, thereby significantly lowering the probability of a tire blowout.
