What are some clever tricks for cylinder pressure repair?

Cylinder pressure repair tips: promptly clean or replace the air filter element; adjust or replace piston rings; replace cylinder liners and cylinder gaskets; adjust or replace valve springs; replace sealing rings; inspect and repair or replace valves and valve seats; adjust valve clearance. Causes of insufficient cylinder pressure: 1. Excessive wear of the cylinder or piston rings: Excessive wear of the cylinder or piston rings, as well as misalignment, sticking, or breakage of piston rings, can lead to insufficient cylinder pressure. Prolonged exposure to high temperatures can cause insufficient elasticity in piston rings, preventing them from effectively sealing the piston, which also results in low cylinder pressure. 2. Damaged or improperly sealed cylinder gasket: The cylinder head and cylinder block are connected by a cylinder gasket. Damage to the cylinder gasket between adjacent cylinders can cause gas leakage between them, ultimately leading to low pressure in both adjacent cylinders. 3. Warped cylinder head lower surface: High engine coolant temperature can cause the cylinder head to deform, losing its flatness and leading to poor cylinder sealing. This results in insufficient pressure when measuring cylinder pressure. Most or all cases of low cylinder pressure are due to this reason. 4. Improper sealing of intake and exhaust valves: Valve cone surface erosion, bent or broken valves, or improper gap adjustment can all lead to poor cylinder sealing and insufficient cylinder pressure.
