It is important to note that if the entire device is removed, it will trigger the anti-tamper switch, causing the OBU device to become inactive. To continue using it, reactivation will be required. If you want to enter or exit the highway via the ETC lane, the card must be inserted. Without the card inserted, the ETC entrance will not recognize the vehicle information, and the barrier will not automatically lift.
