Highway toll-free periods: The Spring Festival toll-free period is from 00:00 on January 24 to 24:00 on February 2; the Qingming Festival toll-free period is from 00:00 on April 4 to 24:00 on April 6; the Labor Day toll-free period is from 00:00 on April 29 to 24:00 on May 1; and the Mid-Autumn & National Day toll-free period is from 00:00 on October 1 to 24:00 on October 8. Highway toll-free travel applies during four national statutory holidays: Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Labor Day, and National Day, as well as the consecutive holidays determined by the State Council for these statutory holidays. For ordinary roads, the toll-free period is based on the time when the vehicle passes through the toll lane at the toll station, while for highways, it is based on the time when the vehicle exits the toll lane at the exit.
