Under what circumstances can high beams be used?

Circumstances allowing high beam usage: 1. When driving on roads with poor lighting conditions lacking illumination facilities, such as highways, foggy or rainy days with low visibility; 2. Switching to high beams when approaching oncoming vehicles; 3. When overtaking, turn on the turn signal and use high/low beam alternation to alert the vehicle ahead; 4. Use high/low beam alternation at intersections to warn vehicles on both sides. Note: Avoid using high beams in urban areas as most cities have adequate lighting - the elevated angle of high beams may dazzle oncoming drivers and pedestrians, compromising their vision and creating safety hazards.
