Applicants who obtain a motor vehicle driver's license through fraudulent means such as deception or bribery. According to the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driver's Licenses": Article 88: Concealing relevant circumstances or providing false materials to apply for a motor vehicle driver's license, the applicant shall not apply for a driver's license again within one year. If the applicant engages in bribery or cheating during the examination process, the examination qualification will be canceled, and the results of other subjects that have already been passed will be invalid; the applicant shall not apply for a driver's license again within one year. If the applicant obtains a motor vehicle driver's license through fraudulent means such as deception or bribery, the traffic management department of the public security authority shall confiscate the motor vehicle driver's license and revoke the motor vehicle driving permit; the applicant shall not apply for a driver's license again within three years. Additional information: Physical conditions for applying for a driver's license: Height: For applying for large passenger vehicles, tractors, city buses, large trucks, or trolleybuses, the height must be at least 155 cm; for applying for medium-sized passenger vehicles, the height must be at least 150 cm. Vision: For applying for large passenger vehicles, tractors, city buses, medium-sized passenger vehicles, large trucks, trolleybuses, or trams, the naked or corrected vision of both eyes must reach at least 5.0 on the logarithmic visual acuity chart.
